We customarily measure patient’s satisfaction by the care and service they have received in our hospitals, and by our continuous aim to improve the quality of our work in relation to international standards.
One of the tools we use is a survey of patients’ experience, which we conduct each year as a part of the international survey of patient and user experiences in both private and public hospitals worldwide.
The purpose of this study is to give future patients, partners within the industry and the government of Mauritius the opportunity to obtain feedback of our patents’ experiences and to assess and compare the results with other hospitals and clinics in Mauritius and abroad.
